Swaziland: Growing for seed beats the drought (IPS)

The drought-stricken Lubombo district, Swaziland, has about 10 women’s associations in which over 100 women are involved in the seed-growing project. They produce indigenous drought-tolerant seeds generally sold to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO).
