Our Food, Our Identity: Farmers Exhibit Indigenous and Traditional Food and Seeds in Uganda

There is a huge decline of Uganda's indigenous and traditional food and seed varieties despite the numerous nutritional, medicinal, social and economic benefits they have. A lot of efforts are needed to ensure the revival of Uganda’s identify through extensively promoting indigenous and traditional food and seed systems. It is because of the need to be part of such efforts that PELUM Uganda organised the 8th annual national Indigenous and traditional food fair.
